CONTRACT SIGNING & UPFRONT PAYMENT
After our discussion, I will send a proposal for the design package we've decided on together.
A 50% upfront payment is required to be committed to this project.
50% payment is due after the work is completed.

BRAND RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We will conduct initial research on the background, objectives, audience, and competitors of your business. Our goal is to discover what sets you apart and identify the target audience for your brand. I will examine samples of both your competitors' branding and your own to assess our direction and identify areas for improvement.
Additionally, I will gather inspirational images based on the information you've shared. We will discuss these elements with you for feedback before proceeding with the design.
BRAND PRESENTATION
It’s design time!
I will create initial concepts and present them to you via e-mail (in a PDF file) or during a screen-sharing meeting, explaining the rationale behind each design concept—the story behind every idea.
(This reveal is the fun part.)
CLIENT FEEDBACK
Once we have selected the best concept, we will refine it further if necessary.
The project scope includes (3) three sets of revisions, although not all are typically needed. This is because the initial research is already complete, and the proposed solutions are generally right on target.
LAUNCH
& FINAL PAYMENT
Upon approval, I will generate and deliver all final illustration files to you. Most projects come with a brand style guide, serving as an invaluable reference to maintain consistency with your brand in the future.
This way, you won't have to reinvent the wheel.

I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO, CAN WE USE IT?
EK Design clients are required to start their brand identities from scratch to ENSURE every element is backed by strategy and research.
HOW MUCH IS THE INVESTMENT?
EK Design love supporting small businesses,
my Logo Design start at 500 USD,
Brand Identity package start at 1,500 USD and the
Brand and Web Design Project start at 2,000 USD.
Total project cost depends on your branding needs. Payment plan are offered to selected client.
DO YOU PROVIDE SOURCE FILES?
Yep. Some designers charge extra for those, but I don’t, because it's all yours. You can have the native source files for all of your final pieces.
4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A BRANDING PROJECT?
Depending on the number of deliverables involved, it usually takes me anywhere from 1 -2 weeks for a logo project and up to 2-3 weeks for a standard brand identity package with a few additional pieces of collateral.
5. SO YOU PROVIDE PRINT READY FILES?
Yes. Our Brand Identity Package is good for web/ digital and Print purposes. Some clients already have trusted print vendors they use and simply need print-ready files they can take to them.
